Moving head lights

Moving heads are programmable fixtures that pan, tilt, and change colour on cue, following speakers, highlighting entrances, and building energy at key moments in your programme. They are what gives a stage a live, dynamic feel rather than a static, flatly lit look.

We use moving heads for keynote spotlights that track a speaker across the stage, colour-changing effects timed to music or video cues, and dramatic reveals for awards, launches, and entrances. Programmed well, moving heads make transitions feel intentional instead of abrupt.

Uplighting

Uplighting is placed at floor level, aimed upward along walls, columns, and drapes to wash a room in colour without competing with the stage or the screens. It is the fastest way to transform a plain hall or hotel ballroom into a space that matches your brand or theme.

Stage wash is the even, front-facing light that keeps speakers, panels, and performers properly lit and visible, both to the live audience and to any camera recording or streaming the event. Without proper wash, a subject on stage is either underlit and hard to see, or lit unevenly with harsh shadows.

We design stage wash for the specific format: a single keynote speaker needs different lighting to a five-person panel or a full band. For hybrid and streamed events, wash lighting is calibrated so the camera feed looks as good as the room does in person, which most in-house venue lighting is never set up to do.

Lighting is a branding tool as much as a technical one. Across an event we combine:
